| Carl Smith opened Carl’s Collision Center in 1977 in Dickson, TN. Needing to expand, Carl settled in the current location in 1984. Carl’s has continued to grow and we currently have the largest collision repair facility between Memphis and Nashville. In 2001 Carl retired and sold the business to his son’s Britt and Randy. Although Carl had the vision to grow and stay on the leading edge of technology, Carl always ran a family business and Britt and Randy carry on the family tradition. Britt and Randy treat all of Carl’s customers and employees as family. Many of Carl’s employees have been with the company for twenty years. In 2001 while buying the Dickson location, Britt and Randy added a second location in Waverly, TN., Carl’s Collision Center II. Both companies continue to grow and employee twenty five people. |
